Role details:
My client is a global market leader with recognized expertise in the development, manufacturing & application of innovative lighting solutions and they are looking for a vibrant Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager.

The purpose of this role is to define and execute the Supply Chain strategy in market level and lead key improvement and structural change projects in Supply Chain Africa.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business /Marketing/Supply Chain Management

Experience:
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain
At least 3 years’ experience in demand planning
Previous experience in a procurement role within the Supply Chain

Skills Required:
SAP/ERP system
Excellent analytically and numerical skills
Six Sigma/Lean Management is required
Must be able to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Project management
Continuous improvement in order to implement and improve the efficiency of the Supply Chain Process
Brainstorm and introduce projects for the demand planning market
Assess the end to end Supply Chain and ensure all processes are flowing
