Solidenterprise level support and troubleshooting
Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices and Printersupport escalations
Application trouble-shooting
Exchange
MicrosoftAD/DNS/DHCP/GPO

Proven experience in providing support to VIP customers and usersin a highly professional environment.



Strong ability to communicate oral orwritten feedback and technical information to all levels of end-users


Experience in monitoring software responsible for monitoring business critical services

Liaises with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated incidents, problems and queries

Updates all calls assigned timeously with a complete audit trail of action and events,follow up on escalating calls to ensure completion



Develops and maintains aprofessional working relationship with the client and client end-users in support of the ServiceDelivery Manager
Team player as part of a small, focused onsite team and broader virtualteam, but able to work independently
Creating and updating documentation related toinstallation procedures and troubleshooting
