Requirements:
• IT Bachelor’s Degree or AMAZING previous experience / Oracle Certifications
• MUST HAVE 5+ years’ experience on Oracle HR MODULES
• MUST HAVE 2+ years’ experience full-cycle implementations with a concentration in HRMS
• Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM R12.2 Modules including but not limited to: Payroll, Time & Labour, Manager Self-Service (MSS), & Employee Self Service (ESS) Web Applications and Advanced Benefits (Performance Management
• MUST HAVE SKILLS: EBS R12 / 12i; HRMS; HR/Payroll; Oracle Advanced Benefits
Responsibilities:
• Implementations of Oracle R12 and experience with Release 12i
• Experience with change management and an ERP project implementation
• Extensive problem-solving experience working with all aspects of the technical system including troubleshooting and determining best alternatives for implementing new functionality.
