Minimum Requirements:
• IT Related Degree
• ISTQB/ISEB Certified
• Minimum 3 years’ Software Testing experience
• Knowledge in Agile, SQL, JavaScript
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Define test cases
? Identify data requirements
? Multiple integration points
? Identify appropriate types of testing
? Define and priorities test scenarios
? Collaboration within a Scrum team
? Be the test specialist in the team
? High interdependency of components
? Proven exposure to complex system testing
? Help elicit Minimum Acceptance Criteria from the business
? Support development team in terms of relative size estimation
? Support Product Owners with Acceptance Testing
? Willingness to guide and support cross departmental testing
? Create, reset and analysis of testing data, using SQL.?
? Test Automation Tool scripting (propriety, JavaScript, etc.)
? Proven competency in the design and creation of automated regressing testing harnesses
Advantageous:
• Has worked as a member of a Scrum Team and can help guide a team?
• Acceptance test-driven development
• Has Sahi Pro automated tool experience
• Has experience in financial services industry
• Has exposure to Web and Forms based testing
• Has previous Life or Short Term Insurance experience
• Has an ISTQB Advance Technical Test Analyst Certified
