Expertise on application development for existing or new applications.
Guide and train project members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Solid experience in Design/Development and implementation of IBMBPM solutions using IBM BPM products
Understanding of business process engineering and optimization
Ability to generate the (BPM) architecture artifacts using BusinessProcess Modeling Notation (BPMN) and User Interfaces using Coaches
Ability to develop business process applications using IBM BPM (preferv8.5.x)
Experience with Integration technologies using SOA/web services
Experience in application development (Java, J2EE) Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Should be a senior IBM BPM resource with more than 5 years of experience. Should be able to work as an independently as well as team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute and delegate the tasks. Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. Should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. Should have good communication skill since he will be working closely with customer. Agile and Scrum knowledge will be an added advantage.
