Basic Knowledge:

Duties:
• Managing and updating of helpdesk tickets
• Login of helpdesk tickets
• Assign tickets to technicians
• Following up with technicians on open tickets
• Following up and keep clients updated as to the technician allocation and progress of the ticket
• Booking in equipment for repairs and allocating to required technician and making sure it gets done and keeping the client informed at all times
• Monitor support hours purchased versus hours utilized
• Supervise client internet connectivity and log calls with the providers if required to get the link back on-line
Reference for this position is Helpdesk Technician which is a permanent position based in Edenvale offering a salary of R 10 000 per month.
