Midrand based ITdistribution giant seeks a Business Development manager to grow Microsoft Cloud business via theMicrosoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program across South Africa.

KeyResponsibility Areas

Achieve the Microsoft CSP USD revenue target asset out by the vendor.
Leverage unique company capabilities to grow channel customeracquisition and revenue growth on key Microsoft Cloud strategic products (Office 365, Azure,Dynamics 365).
Engage business benefits of Cloud solutions.
Engage resellers onmodernizing sales and marketing processes to annuity model subscription selling.
Simplifytechnical blockers in Cloud solutions adoption.
Enable and grow reseller capability in keyMicrosoft Cloud strategic products in both depth and breadth partner accounts
Work closelywith the current Microsoft Business Unit (BU) to help drive and increase the number ofpartners/resellers transacting on Microsoft CSP.
To work with partners/resellers to growtheir Office 365 business with the objective to increase their basket of products with specificfocus on customer (end customer) lifetime value.
Grow Azure within each partner/resellersportfolio with the objective to increase new Azure workloads to partner portfolio.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of Microsoft Azure and its main competitor products byachieving relevant certifications.
Increase customer/partner skills on knowledge of CSP andits main competitor products.
Work closely with the company's Digital Team to drive newrevenue streams for the company including bundle offers with other enterprise software vendorscurrently in the company stable.
Provide licensing guidance in helping the partners movefrom "online or enterprise agreements" onto CSP.
Communicate and demonstrate the salesbenefits and partner benefits of Microsoft CSP to partners via telecom or via email (casedependent)
Develop a thorough knowledge of corresponding competitive products and shareback with the Microsoft BU technical team as required.
Co-ordinate and attend a minimumpartner meetings a week to drive partners engagement and detailed project plans.
Submit aweekly activity plan to Executive to deliver on objectives of the business unit.
Submitmonthly forecast in advance to ensure full visibility.
Complete product readiness and salesexpertise training.

Education andExperience

Matric/Grade 12
Relevant Degree/Diploma(preferred)
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a Business Development Manager role(preferred)

Technical Competencies

MS Office Suite(intermediate essential)
Knowledge of CRM and ERP system (preferred)

Additional Requirements

Solution architecture background
Campaign execution
Must have own transportand valid driver's license
