One of our top multi-nationalclient in the mining sector is looking for a PMO Change Manager for a 8 months fixed term contract.Contract potentially renewable depending on performance.The purpose of this role is to support thePMO Change Management formalisation through requirement gathering, design, planning and execution inorder to achieve the identified strategic objective.

Establishment and implementation, along with change management,of a dynamic departmental on-boarding/induction programme.

Development andexecution of a departmental stakeholder management and communication plan.

Consolidation and implementation of change management methodologies and frameworks within thedepartment.

Establishment of a centralised accessible location to make approvedchange management and communication templates and documentation available to relevant personnel.

Establishment of relevant, feasible approval processes for internal, external andproject related communication and the implementation and monitoring of the process execution.

Establishing alignment between Project Benefit realisation and tracking and changemanagement.

Establishment of Change Management, Communication and Reporting forumsas required.

Enhancement of Project Sponsor Engagement within identified projectsin the PMO portfolio.

Increasing project driven change by enhancing projectsponsor and project team change management capabilities.

Increase the ability ofBusiness Partners to manage change through the provision of tools, templates, and project managementcoaching.

Establishment of Reporting processes, systems and tools to enhance thequality and level of reporting within and outside of IM Regional Support EMEA / APAC

To facilitate and coordinate the people side of change including changes to business processes,systems and technology and roles if required.

To provide input and define newstandards and frameworks to increase efficiency in delivering change initiatives anddeliverables.

Development of processes connected to change management.

Preparation of forecasts and evaluation of the actual impact of changes.


Cooperation with respective project teams and further managers involved in the change.

Required:




Prosci (or similar) Certified ChangePractitioner

An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors / Honours degree orequivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Industrial Psychology, Information Technology, ComputerScience or Industrial Engineering (preferred, not pre-requisite)
 




Role specific knowledge:



Demonstrated success in providingchange management support

Ability to develop and execute a change managementstrategy

Experience in the development of E-Learning solutions is preferred

Demonstrated success working in a similar role in a relevant sector (e.g. IT, mining,oil and gas, construction)


Experience of working in a large multinational companyand international projects, involving different cultures and business environments
