Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry is looking for a Logistics Verification ClerkOur Client, a leader in the Retail Industry is looking for a Logistics Verification Clerk, on a contractual assignment who will be responsible for the following KPI's: 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Price checking vendor invoices by comparing the vendor invoice to the systems goods receipt;
Check completeness and accuracy of documentation (i.e. whether it is a valid tax invoice, AOD attached and to the correct vendor account, etc);
Apply the business rules and proper flow when validating an invoice;
Ensure batches are filed only on completion and signed by supervisor;
To support supervisor in resolving store queries and outstanding/missing batches;
Overtime work may be required in order to complete the monthly management accounts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12/N3 or equivalent would be advantageous;
Minimum of 6 - 12 months Industry specific experience;
Previous experience of the SAP FI Module will be advantageous;
Computer literacy (i.e. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word) would be advantageous;
Understand the requirements of a valid tax invoice;
Basic understanding of the batch control process;
An understanding of a data capturing or validation process would be advantageous
Successfully shortlisted candidates must be susceptible to the necessary competency based testing and screening.
