Provide leadership for relevant programme

Oversee the development andmaintenance of an integrated programme plan, comprising supplier and Company work streams, projectsand dependencies

Manage delivery of the programme plan, providing direction and co-ordination ofresources

Work with the work stream / Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of their workstreams and projects

Support the supplier in achieving key milestones and ensure all companydependencies and pre-requisites are met

Manage internal and external dependencies on theprogramme

Manage change within the programme as per the agreed process and tolerances

Identify,manage, plan and/or escalate programme risks and issues

Accurately track and reportprogress to the PMO

Ensure projects are managed effectively, adhering to governance, delivery,budget control, reporting and change management processes

Ensure projects provide regularhigh quality, accurate and complete status reports

Monitor, review and provide anobjective overview of project progress

Support and act as an effective escalation pointfor the work stream / Project Managers

Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of outputand deliverables

Acts as a point of escalation for work stream and Project Managers and aid indispute management when required

Represent issues at the relevant forums

BSc degreeand or MBA qualifications will be highly beneficial

Stakeholdermanagement: 

Must be able to engage with stakeholders at various levels of theorganisation

Must be able to manage conflict and sensitive issues betweenstakeholders
