Purpose of the role Whilst SEA can provide the Integration and Lead Role during Analysis & Design, the Project requires a Systems Specialist to be the Expert Lead / Integrator all the way from design to rollout. This person will work across all Streams and will work closely at a detailed level with the project resources
Key Technology Skills Required The services of an Application Integration Specialist to fulfil the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Programme.
Key Skills Required • Independent mediator between Applications, and Integration when issues arise in design and coding/development and testing
• Translate technical solution impact and risk to the Programme Office
• Follow up on missing technical issues from the Apps side.
• Advisory to the end Applications
• Knowledge of the Security Implementation Requirements
• Java/.Net application servers experience
• Implementation experience integration from/to SAP
Key Responsibilities • Is responsible for the technical implementation of the application end-to-end integration solutions
• Need to resolve the application end-to-end integration issues with the relevant application and integration teams. This requires that the person needs competencies invarious application and integration technologies
• Collaborate with different teams within the Group IT business unit and vendors.
• Work with the analysts, system designers, and testing team to lead in the integration testing phase
• Communicate with the software developers and engineers to address any problem in the program logic
• Checking for any issues with the operation of the new applications with the existing system soft wares and applications
• Will be responsible to resolve any infrastructure issues by engaging the team that are responsible for infrastructure support
• Need to resolve security implementation and certificate issues
• Work closely together with the Application Development Support Leads of the interfacing systems,
• Provide system leadership & guidance to the teams as required, provide systems guidance from functional design through to testing
• Participate in quality reviews of designs, ensuring the designs are as intended and as per the high level designs already agreed
• Working with the Solutions Architect and delivering detailed designs to ADR
• Work with the teams to identify& prepare the transition / migration go-live strategies minimising the downtime & impact on the Business
• Work with the Project Manager to identify upfront issues and resolve them with all Stakeholders
• Inform the project manager of issues that may affect other areas of the project,
• Providing the system specific interface on all System Task Teams. Whereas the PM reports on the project as a whole.
• Participate with all the teams to provide a migration plan of all the integration solutions taking a phased approached in consideration to reduce risk
• Advice end systems/Applications on technology to be used for security requirements
• Consolidate documents to create an application integration end to end view for all the integration solutions
• Highlight and document potential end to end Application Integration issues i.e. version incompatibility issues, environment changes, security

• Degree in IT Related Discipline OR
• IT Certification 5
Experience Requirement
5-7 years IT experience 15
Five or more years Enterprise Application Integration 30
Knowledge on the implementation of security requirements (certificates, etc.) 10
Extensive experience on Java/.Net Application Servers 10
Implementation Experience integrating from/to SAP 20
