High profile Agriculture Company based in Kempton Park is looking for a Retail Product Manager, The Retail Product Manager will be responsible for launching innovative products on a seasonal basis to ensure product growth. Inline with our country's policy, only South African citizens will be consideredMinimum Requirements:
Matric (A tertiary qualification in Marketing Management an added advantage)
3 - 5 years experience in similar role in FMCG
Strong Excel, Word PowerPoint
Proven ability to oversee and drive processes within cross-functional teams

Duties:
Define product strategies and develop and implement product vision, branding and advertising for the product
Oversee the life cycle of retail products which includes but is not limited to, product design, sourcing, registration, packaging, advertising and branding
Conduct market research and gather data related to the products and services that would appeal to consumers
Provide specialized product and marketing input with regard to the determination of the national and regional market potential of the products in his/her portfolio, and the establishment of national and regional unit budgets
Monitor unit sales of the products in the retail portfolio on an on-going basis and report discrepancies timeously
Identify the national product / technical training needs of sales staff and co-ordinate the implementation of a sustained national product training programme
Co-ordinate and supervise the production and distribution of all product literature and sales aids on products within his/her portfolio
