Role details:
Large Consulting Firm based in the north is seeking skilled professional candidates to work as part of a project team, on client premises in installing the outputs identified and sold to the client as part of the Business Review process.
• Accurately analyse work processes, systems, organisational function and structures using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis studies and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits.
• Train client individuals and task forces in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving and team building and consensus development skills, to install the appropriate application of the company’s methodology.
Competencies
• Assume the appropriate roles of counsellor, facilitator, co-leader, presenter and/or trainer as required by the situation.
• Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports using the appropriate company templates.
• Initiate innovative solutions where required and work closely with colleagues and project management to ensure they are installed for the most effective impact.
• Communicate and co-ordinate those efforts within the disciplines of the company.
• Regular use of knowledge management databases.
Qualifications
Bcomm. or Higher
2-3 years professional consulting experience.
Exposure in consulting with Engineering/ Mining/Heavy industries
South African Citizenship
Able to travel extensively.
