A 6 to 12 month contract exists for a Technical Writer with Telecoms industry experience. You’ll need to produce and maintain procedural documentation, liaise with business and technical stakeholders and technical teams, create documentation for new technology solutions and transition new operational procedures to the relevant operational teams, as required by the programme.A 6 to 12 month contract exists for a Technical Writer with Telecoms industry experience. Qualification:

Relevant degree / diploma



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years technical writing experience

Telecoms industry experience essential

Above average review skills

Analytical and logical approach to solving problems



Job Description:

Manage the review, test and approval process of documentation

Ensure that quality standards are maintained

Analyse and identify information gaps

Identify ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the documentation process

Information gathering and ability to question stakeholders when necessary
