Our Client, a leader in the Property Management industry, is looking for a Centre Manager to manage 2 shopping centres within the Cape Town area. The following key responsibilities will be expected:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budget Control:
Prepare and manage property budgets
Assist in managing rent collections, recoveries, tenant installations, expenses and arrears
Property Management / Asset Management:
Accountable for analysing and generating specific tactics to improve performance of building / portfolio such as building strategy, redevelopment, sales, leasing plan approvals, over periods of up to 3 months
Take responsibility for minimising vacancies within the buildings
Mandate current and upcoming vacant spaces
Stakeholder Management:
Ensure strong tenant relationships, built on service delivery
Manage Customer Relationship Management process and training academies
Team Effectiveness:
Individually accountable for others’ time, tasks and output quality for periods of up to 3 months
Balance own priorities with directing and motivating others
Plan and assign work over periods of up to 3 months
Guide and direct staff to achieve operational standards
Create a climate for optimal performance
Vendor and Contract Management
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Matric Certificate of equivalent
Strong PC skills
Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Strong Managerial and administrative skills
Previous Property Administration experience essential
