Fast-paced, energetic, globally-recognised digital agency requires a confident and experienced Group Digital Account Director to manage a team of Account Managers and Account Directors in the delivery of exceptional, integrated, digital brand management services.Purpose of the role:
- Client engagement
- Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Directors
- Strategic planning
- Agency representation at industry events/seminars
- Interpretation of client briefs
- Creation and delivery of client presentations at senior level
- Project analysis and reporting
- Accountability for delivery of strategies across products and services
- Remain abreast of digital trends and their impact
- Pitch initiatives to internal and external stakeholders for further development
- Liaison with Creative Director, Technical Director and User Experience
- Develop case studies
- Manages delivery of multiple products/services to clients
- Lead the delivery of quality services and digital experience, by example
- Oversight of the Project Management team in all project phases

Qualificaitons, experience and skills required:
- 5 years + Account Manager/Director experience
- Solid digital experience
- 4 years + in a team management position
- Budget management; scoping and forecasting experience
- Project management experience
- Agency experience essential
- Confidence in managing identifiable brands
- Solid client service in the digital space
- High attention to detail
- Excellent work and team ethic
