Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the processes that maintain master data, ensuring proper governance processes and standards are followed, resulting in good quality master data.
• Document, Manage and coordinate processes that maintain master data : create, update, mark for deletion, block, search
• Prepare reporting for the MDM Change Management Committee/s
• Monitor and track master data processing and measure adherence to SLA’s
• Master data related issue resolution and end user support
• Expert in values to be populated per process,
• Advise and recommend improvement to efficiency and governance processes
• Ensure alignment to other data management practices
• Communicate any changes to processes to the MDM community and users
• Develop/Maintain and monitor adherence to required MDM policies, principles and standards where required
• Understanding of Data governance and Data management principles
• Knowledge of
• Systems Development Lifecycle
• Project management
• Process Management
