Role details:
2 years’ of sales experience is essential.

Own vehicle is required

- Respond efficiently to enquiries for Prodata products and services and respond with appropriate information.
- Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of Prodata's products and Services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for provision of Prodata's Solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Support the Managing Directors / Sales Manager / Sales Director in negotiating contracts.
- Participate in Prodata marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
- Meeting annual sales goals and targets.
- Producing monthly sales reports.
- Delivering presentations of the company products and services at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
- Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities
- Attending and participating in sales meetings.
- Managing sales pipeline.
- Manage sales orders and provide status to partners and/or manager.
- Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.
- Identify and make contact with potential customers.
- Ensure effective internal communications both within the Sales, Customer Support and Marketing team and across the organization;
- Seek to continuously improve member relations with particular regard to the provision of efficient communications to facilitate product development and issue management.
- Report to and meet with the Head of Sales at a minimum of once per week.
- Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market.
- Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company products.
- Ensure that company has an in depth understanding of the users of company products and their ongoing needs.

- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
- Manage sales orders and provide status to partners and/or manager.
- Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
