Core Description

Accountable for the Marketing Organisation by ensuring product development, customer value management and rich content aligns towards the brand, strategy and segments of the Telkom Consumer Business Unit. Strategic, tactical and operational responsibilities to ensure that the following key deliverables are delivered, namely the Brand Architecture, Strategy & Business Planning, Segments &Value Propositions, integrated marketing communications, product portfolio, customer value management, Rich content and New Services. Accountable for the Telkom Consumer Brand and vis--vis its market positioning towards profitable growth. This is achieved by actively supporting the Consumer CEO and EXCO team by driving the business strategy and business planning cycle with a focus on being a market-driven, customer focused organisation. Ensure that product development, customer value management and rich content aligns with the Consumer brand, business strategy and customer segments. Aligning all communications with an effective spend must deliver a consistent message to the targeted consumer segments to ensure an increase in the brand value of Telkom Consumer. Key outcomes will result in brand measurement, product portfolio performance, customer experience and total customer lifetime value within the approved marketing budget spend.

Qualifications

Relevant degree (NQF level 7). MBA/MBL will be an advantage.

Experience

10 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on executive management level.
