We are looking for anexperienced Release Manager with a min of 3 years ITIL operational experience in the ReleaseManagement process. Skills and Experience
Role Requirements: Matric and relevant IT Degree or National Diploma 3-5 years’ Releasemanagement work experience in a large and diverse organisation with experience in IT Understandingof risk and control requirements The ability to exercise judgment, multi-task and work with minimalsupervision and managing several deliverables at once Diligent and proactive worker, a self-starterand detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with soundinterpersonal skills. Holistic process knowledge and general management consulting skillsSelf-starter, able to show initiative and work with little to no guidance Analytical and problemsolving skills Key skills The Release Manager has the following key-skills: Broadly skilled ininformation technology Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experienceinteracting with all levels of management Ability to work independently and take decisions wherenecessary Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines Promotes and supportsstandardisation and continuous improvement Experience/Knowledge Essential Detailed knowledge ofthe theory and operation aspects of the process Minimum 3 years ITIL Operational experience in theRelease Management process Understanding of the ITIL best practices Competent with Microsoft Office,Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word   Personal Effectiveness       Accountable for servicedelivery through own efforts Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and outputquality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 12 months Makes increased contributions by broadeningindividual skills and the skills of others   Contact: Andrea.Buwalda@eoh.com
