Role details:
Provide support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computer environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all end user hardware and software.

Requirements• Grade 12
• A+
• N+
• MCITP
• Studying toward MCITP
• ITIL V3
• A minimum of 5 years work experience will be required if you are already studying towards MCITP
• A minimum 3 years work experience will be required for an applicant with a MCITP
• Experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Desktop Solutions
• Demonstrate ablity to operate will in high pressure environments continually and consistent
• Working technical knowledge of current protocols. operating systems and standards
• Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories
• Working knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange 2010/2013 from end user support perspective
