Role details:
A few requirements
• An IT/Multimedia related national qualification
• Excellent working knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and Bootstrap
• At least 3 years’ front-end development experience
• Excellent knowledge of browser developer tools
• Driver’s licence
• Understanding of SEO and Analytics
• Knowledge of responsive grid layouts, media liaison, responsive workflow and mobile first approach
What you’ll be doing in a nutshell
• Front-end development
• Produce beautiful, functional code from a PSD or wireframe
• Web management tasks (publishing content, creating graphics, troubleshooting and reviewing
• sites regularly)
• Build innovative features, functionality and pages
• Ensure sites are optimised – and cross-platform and cross-browser compatible
• Provide expert knowledge of web technology to develop visually aesthetic and user-friendly pages in line with current web standards for desktop and mobile platforms
