Requirements:

Grade 12/ Matric
Relevant Degree/ Diploma
3 years’ Experience in a Similar Role
Experience in the Financial Services (Advantage)
Ensure that Service Incident and Service Request Tickets are created and Assigned to the relevant support teams
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Customer Focused
Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Deadline Driven
