JOBSPECIFICATIONS:  
Purpose ofposition:
Promote the sale ofsoftware products, licensing and solutions, effectively and efficiently to reseller channel.
KeyResponsibility Areas:

Professionally and efficiently managecustomer telephonic and email engagement with a view to maximizing sales and increasing partnerdelight. 

Drive software sales to meet individual and team targets monthly,quarterly and annual gross profit target.

Quote and provide accurate pricing andproduct information to customers within SLA timeframes.

Support customers and teammembers as and when required, with their associated database of clients (telephonic, order placing,quoting, delivery, POD’s, queries, payments, information etc.).

Work closelywith Account Managers, Renewals, Product Managers, BDMs, Debtors (resolve queries, encourage earlypayments) and Logistics (ensure fastest possible order processing) to resolve matters andcommunicate on prospective deals.

Maintain excellent customer relationships

Adhere to professional Telephone and Email etiquette guidelines.

Attend training weekly to continuously improve product knowledge, as well as attend vendor andcustomer events on an ongoing basis.

Backorder follow-up and executing of queriesincluding offering alternative in-stock items (cross and upselling).

Understand,engage and develop skills in company procedures, processes and back office management.

Update CRM / Tools to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow for proactive marketing.

Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer, and generate interest inall the organization’ brands, keeping customers informed of new products and IT innovationopportunities.

Drive outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring customer awareness ofincentives / promotions, and provide feedback to Campaign Manager.

Work in a teamenvironment, dealing with and efficiently direct all customer relatedenquiries

Education and Experience:
  Matric/Grade 12 with Exemption (preferred) 
 
  Minimum 2Years Software Sales Experience in IT industry (essential)
 
  Sales and/or Marketing Qualification (optional)
Technical Competencies:
  Computer Literacy and Numeric Skills (essential)
 
  Fluent in English
 
  ExcellentE-Mail Etiquette 
 
  Excellent Telephone Manner
 
  Strong Admin Skills
