Large financial seeks a Technical Analyst with strong Dynamics CRM skills for project work internally. The role will have you taking ownership of all delivery tasks related to the CRM systems including a combination of Implementation, Integration, Administration and Documentation.

The role is very much a Consultative position internally and will combine both functional and technical tasks on a daily basis – perhaps a better description is that of Systems Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Experience analyzing business processes and recommending solutions based on best practices
• Implementation of ERP systems including interfaces
• Workflows and reports
• Experience building test plans
• SSRS
• JavaScript

This role is not purely a Development position; the Candidate wanting this role will be responsible for all aspects of the CRM platforms including: Implementation; Development and Reporting; Systems Changes; Testing; Analysis; Support; User Training and Documentation.
