Role details:
Complete business process application designs, development, testing and documentation of new and amended BPM-applications from supplied/created specifications (e.g. process maps, user requirement, business rules analysis, forms requirements) in accordance with agreed standards (on all complexity projects) Perform risk analysis and impact assessments and propose solutions. Supervise and Quality assure the output of BPM-Process Designers as well as the integration components of BPM-applications into the technical environment. Professional application and demonstration of acquired knowledge across technologies and/or in-depth speciality in a specific technology. Perform a technical lead role.

Activities• Review requirement document
• Review Process Maps
• Review Business Rules analysis
• Review Forms requirements
• Review Business Process Monitoring requirement
• Analyse level of impact and risk
• Deliver impact analysis artefact incl effort estimation and time lines
• Assign level of impact and risk
• Liaise with impacted teams, comply with effective change management practices
• Ensure stakeholders (business and technical) are aware of impact and risk analysis results
• Complete required change management document's timeously
• Ensure stake holder approval of the change
• Participate in implementation forums
• Ensure change migration through all relevant environments before implementation into production
• Create technical design on the required authoring tool set and configuration environment, relevant to their product area
• Review technical BPM-design of other BPM-Designers across impacted areas
• Participate in quantifying the expected effort of development projects
• Delivery of work tasks and business assigned process development as per project requirements
• Analyse business process flows through technical analysis and process simulations in order to suggest and implement process improvement and process automation steps.
• Share and present process simulations with process engineers and business users.
• Monitor task delivery against project plan and escalate non delivery
• Develop and author business processes on the BPM-Platform (IDE) according to specifications and timelines
• Chair BPM-application development reviews and participate in project forums
• Specific to area of accountability (product area)
• Review and sign off all test packs (incl. test cases) plans and all testing related artefacts and integrated test plans
• Participate in implementation forums
• Manage priorities of workload
• Ensure updates to service Project Manager, CoE-Head and business
• Ensuring best practice for optimal performance
• Effective root cause identification and provide suggested solutions
• Provide guidance and advice to BPM-Designers.
• Formally participate in knowledge transfer in the team
