Role details:
We are currently sourcing an ICT Service Support: IT Service Desk Agent to work on a project based in Cape Town.

• ITIL v3 Foundations course completed
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recognised IT Service Desk Environment.
• Knowledge of Service Desk Applications, eg SAP, HEAT, CA Unicentre, etc and an In Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking troubleshooting would be an added advantage
• Experience on a SAP Helpdesk would be a distinct advantage
