Education: Matric
National Diploma in IT
Minimum 4 6 years experience as a Software
Developer
Technical Skills:
Current working experience in:
o C#
o ASP.Net 5 (MVC) and up
o JavaScript and UI Frameworks (e.g. Angular, Vue.js
or React)
o JQuery
o Knockout.js / Anguar.js
o CSS and HTML 5
Strong process discipline to ensure development
policies are adhered to
Exposure to Agile project management processes
and discipline
Team Foundation Server and Git branching strategies
Test driven development
Visual Studio 2017 / JetBrains Rider
Lending or Banking Industry (an advantage)
MS SQL Server database implementation and TSQL
(an advantage)
Systems integration experience (an advantage)
Database Analysis and Design experience (an
advantage)
Knowledge of Systems Analysis and Design (an
advantage)
Linux Shell (Bash + ssh) (an advantage)
Docker (an advantage)
Duties:
Understand and promote architectural strategy and
processes
Develop business solutions in line with business and
multi-national requirements
Ensure continuous architectural alignment with
business strategy
Participation in daily meetings, and management of
project deviations
Refactoring and documentation of existing code
Limited project management
Reference for this position is Software Developer which is a permanent position based in Pretoria East. Salary will be negotiable depending on skills.
