Formal Education:• Must have an undergraduate University degree/diploma
• Prince2 or PMBoK accreditation.
Essential:
• Assist Project Manager with all relevant processes and documentation associated with the following, as they relate to projects
o Tenders
o Contracting
o Procurement
• Assist Project Manager with all relevant documentation creation, maintenance, sign-off and storage in the PMO repositories, for all active projects, including:
o Project definition reports
o Project schedules
o Risk registers
o Meeting agendas and minutes
o Progress reports
o Project budget tracking including invoice processing and tracking
o Presentations
o Post-implementation review documentation
o Set up new project templates, as required
• Assist Project Manager with the following project processes:
o Meeting coordination
o Coordinating with delivery team members frequently for updates regarding the work required
o Project progress tracking
o Ensuring that PMO processes and outputs are followed
• Risk management
Reference for this position is IT Projects Administrator which is a permanent position based in Illovo Johannesburg offering a salary of max R 37 500 per month with 11% provident fund and Medical Aid.
