A Johannesburg based company islooking to appoint a Technical Support Executive.

The Technical Support Executive is responsible to guide and provide customerswith administration, technical and product related, support and ensure resolution of all issues asrequired. The Technical Support Executive is responsible to identify and resolve issues whilemaintaining the company’s standard procedures.
Knowledge and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) or NQF 4equivalent
Post Matric diploma would be advantages
Minimum of 4  - 5 YearsSYSPRO Administration
Technical and product fundamental support for SYSPRO 6.1 andhigher
Basic SQL Administration
Minimum of 4  - 5 Years Technical Experiencein Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Technical Ecosystem
Minimum of 4  - 5 YearsTechnical Experience in Networking Technologies
Minimum of 4  - 5 Years TechnicalExperience in MS SQL Server
Customer management experience

-    Valid code B driver’s license and own transport
-    Will be required to travel
-    May be required to work overtime to attend to criticalsupport issues
