Job and Company Description:Currently looking for a Junior Support Analyst to join a company that is well established and looking to offer their employees growth potential.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
1 years+ professional I.T experience;
B.Com, B.Sc or B.Eng degree with computer related subjects as majors;
Completed higher grade Mathematics in matric
Possesses knowledge of technology and business operations;
Understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to effectively support information systems;
Experience in configuring and supporting client solutions;
Understanding of web technologies (ASP.NET, CSS and JavaScript);
Experience with SQL Server 2005 and higher
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
High level documentation skills;
Must have a positive, can-do attitude;
Confident self-starter who is able to work well without close supervision or frequent checks;
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
Thoroughness and attention to detail;
A team player, willing to join in discussions and present own ideas for discussion without try to force solution;
An insatiable appetite to learn and absorb new information in a short space of time;
IT-sense (strong on SQL database) with an interest in software design/development/implementation
