ITManager: Subscriber Management Solution

MAIN PURPOSE OF THEJOB: 
Responsible for Subscriber management solution a BSS(Business Support System and Operation System   specialist)
Interacting with MNOteam and help in implementing Subscriber management solution
Setting up Standard operatingprocedure for Subscriber management solution, customer provisioning from IT and technical overviewas per business rules
Day to day operations of SMS system and its maintenance and DBmanagement
Responsible for Integration with CAS servers, MNO billing, wallet, airtime andother interfaces and ERP system
Responsible for integrating with SMS implementations in newMNO roll outs - from conducting MNO workshops, Business rules suggestions and building on businessprocess documentation
Training team at both MNO and EV on continuous basis
Experience required
Experienced in Pay TV andTelecom Industries with 10 to 12+ years of experience.
Have experience of service portfolios: CRM, CAS, Media Applications, Billing applications, Credit & Risk, Fraud mgt, ServiceProvisioning, Technical Service support, Collections, document management, Outsourcing, Partnermgmt, Self Service.
Experience with setting and managing Process skills to industry,specifically in Media and Pay TV industry.
Team leadership and management must be in mediapay TV Industry background.
