Mid and Senior Developers needed Cape Town Northern Suburbs; negotiable salaries, strong growth, good projectsClient are a serious player in the software delivery business in the Cape;

They need:
Developers who are serious about their craft;
You have dedicated your professional life to producing high class software;
You want to work for a business that can accommodate your ambition;
Your technical strengths do lie within the Microsoft stacks namely C#;
You have good ASP.NET MVC and later experience;
You have competent to good MS SQL Design and T-SQL skills;
You are familiar with Patterns (ideally SOLID);
You are competent at least with Javascript;
You have decent knowledge of ORM;
You know how to create and run Unit Tests.
Client are looking for both Mid and Senior level Developers; its about your skill but stereotypically the range is somewhere between 3 years and 10 years commercial coding experience.
Salaries are therefore broad; a very Junior Mid level Developer can expect to achieve at least R25k ctc per month; a veteran Senior Developer could command as much as R70k ctc. Im open to chatting about what can be achieved.
Client is open to either contract or permanent staff, their preference however is for permanent members of staff (packages would then include forced medical and pension).
