The people they are looking for:
• Evidence of you investing in yourself – typical examples:
• Microsoft Certs you’ve paid for; achievements in your education; self learning at home; impact in your commercial work;
• You’ve been coding in C# for a couple of years – ideally 2 years commercial; any personal coding work is of interest;
• Some knowledge of Dynamics CRM – not necessarily commercial but evidence of interest essential;
• Good SQL Server programming skills.

It would be nice to have:
• ASP.NET;
• SSRS;
• Javascript.
