Role details:
The role requires the individual to capture customer applications manually on the VodaPay back-end systems. In addition the role will require the manual verification and validation of KYC documentation. The role will further require. If further requires resolution of all queries escalated from 1st line support as it pertains to VodaPay account users. Queries will range from general investigations pertaining to transactions performed within the VodaPay app up to and including investigating account balances and funds transferred into and out of the account by means of a EFT or agent cash out

• A multi-skilled resource who will be required manually capture data from applications forms onto the various on boarding systems • Verify and validate FICA / KYC related information
• Resolve queries when escalated from 1st line support as it pertains to applications and / or KYC documentation
• Act in support to the Supervisor Business Operations
• Resolve queries which are escalated from the VodaPay 1st line support as it pertains VodaPay account on the app
• Resolve queries as it pertains to moving money in an out of the VodaPay account with a specific focus on EFT’s
• Resolve cash out queries at retailers and VodaPay agents
EXPERIENCE:
Matric
At least 3 to 5 years prior experience within a bank’s transactional (cheque) account back office , AML/KYC in a bank and / or card back office
