The incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the hospitality team so as to ensure a stable hospitality systems environment. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving standardization of gaming applications across the group according to the company’s IT strategy. The incumbent will need to ensure SLA’s customer satisfaction targets are met.
• 3 year Degree/ Higher Diploma or relevant IT related NQF 6
• Gaming licence (Probity clearance as applicable)
• ITIL Foundation V3 Certification
• COBIT Foundations Certification
• Project Management Fundamentals Certification
• 7 years relevant experience in a hospitality environment supporting
Hospitality systems
• Experience in Vendor and related SLA’s reviews
• Will need to have a strong work ethic, take pride in professionalism and be responsible.
• Good organisational and management skills.
