Manage Projects for ImplementationsQUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• Diploma in Project Management

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• 3 – 4 years experience in managing projects
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and terminology
• MS Office, MS Project.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Set up and chair project kick off, scoping and progress sessions
• Record and send minutes of meetings
• Set up Scope of Work (SOW)
• Project Initiation document and project schedule and obtain sign off
• Manage project resources according to SOW and project schedule
• Load and update assigned projects into PPO tool and update weekly
• Ensure correct skills are assigned to project and manage their tasks according to plan
• Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and overall project progress
• Setup a project communication plan
• Micro manages elements of the project. Hands on work when required, including but not limited to
• User training and support
• Conducting surveys and capturing
• Facilitate delivery and installation of machines
• Create asset list of devices and do audits thereof
• Exhibit a pro-active approach in attending to customer problems and needs and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction and to display a total commitment in putting the customer first
• Maintain a high level of Customer Service
• Proper Housekeeping, Security, Punctuality, Integrity, Reliability and Attendance
• Projects will range from Value add to operational procedures to new and existing MPS sites including equipment and software rollout. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
