Role:

We have a vacancy for a new sales person to join our SA operations, to be located in Gauteng. The successful applicant will be able to engage with prospects and customers, whether on the phone, face to face or written, and position our products and solutions, all the way through to the actual sale as well as on-going customer account management. This is a challenging and varied role, and will only suit a self-motivated individual wishing to develop their sales abilities and earn a high salary through successful wins. Full training is given both internally and externally on our products, solutions and customer references. This role involves travel within SA.

Responsibilities:

• Self-Motivated and willing to come out of your comfort zone, in order to excel to a senior sales person position, earning a high commission.
• Proven experience in working closely with customers, building relationships the right people in the organization
• Self-aware - the ability to identify your own weaknesses and short-falls and work with a team of senior sales people, to help improve and develop your skills.
• Demonstrate your understanding of the sales cycle, engaging with all during the process e.g. customer, manufacturer/supplier and senior management
• Be able to push the boundaries in order to close business
• Be capable of running your own sales campaigns whether into prospects or existing customers, will support from the sales team, suppliers and manufacturers
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Want to excel and move to the next level in your account management / new business sales career

• Essential: Keenness and aptitude for working with a team
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Ability to work under pressure and travel across SA
• Outgoing, open minded, motivated and enthusiastic
• Maintain a professional and polite disposition at all times
• Have a good understanding of MS office
• Enjoy working with a team, where hard and fun is rewarding
