WebSphere Business Process Designer urgently needed by one of South Africa’s SANDTON based Financial Giants. They need someone who will translate, design and develop the process maps onto the mentioned technology suite, design and deliver the relevant coach/reporting views, assist the process engineer with process simulation, technical process improvement, and will prepare the process technically for the BPM-Integration Developers.

Requirements:

• Certification, accreditation, or equivalent experience within the Business Process Management discipline (business and/or technical) will be advantageous.
• 6+ years’ experience in an IT environment
• 4+ year’s specialisation in IBM BPM-technologies (Lombardi) of which at least 2 years in senior BPM-Designer/Developer roles.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with the design and develop of business processes solutions using IBM BPM (Lombardi) software including process analysis, discovery, process modeling
• Proven project track record of BPM implementations that exploited the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the IBM BPM Lombardi Suite.
• Required experience in IBM BPM 8.x (Lombardi) and higher
• Technical hands on development experience with IBM BPM 8.x or higher Lombardi.
• Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts.
• Solid BPMN & BPMN2 skills and Process Modelling skills.
• Must have experience with UI and Coach View development.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Management using Lombardi Process Center and Websphere Lombardi Edition.
• 4+ years experience with the IBM BPM Process Center Authoring Environment including BPDs, Process Center Services, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors
• Solid, proven experience with Business Process Versioning strategies. Re-use strategies, Business Process development, and governance.
• Expertise in implementing XML, XPATH, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript in Lombardi BPM applications.
• Expertise in database programming on DB2
• Good programming knowledge Design and develop several web applications using various programming languages and technologies such as Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, WAS, in an Agile environment.
• Experience with process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies.
• Familiar with IBM BPM Delivery Process and methodology. Agile development process, playbacks, improvement and design session.
• Knowledge of developing/integrating Enterprise Content Manager Applications in an enterprise BPM environment.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Integration Developer (WID).
• Good understanding of building Service Component Architecture (SCA) BPEL processes
• Experience on Version upgrade to Lombardi.
Reference number for this position is gz31550 which is a permanent position based in SANDTON offering a salary between R900k per annum cost to company negotiable on experience.
