Global leaders in financial market software seeks Project Office Team Leader / Scrum Master. Our client is a Leading Software company with a 30-year successful track record in developing applications for the financial markets. Their core products include exchange solutions, clearing systems, custodial systems, risk management systems, back office management systems and front-end trading tools. Their roots originate as software developers for the South African Gilts market and apart from growing in the variety of systems they now offer, they also boast an impressive and fast-growing footprint worldwide. Their ever-growing client base includes central, reserve, commercial, private and investment banks, brokers, insurance companies, trading houses, corporate treasury operations and central securities depository participants to name a few. They are currently looking for a Problem Administration Supervisor / Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing the entire TFS system, process and provide excellent response times and solutions to customer requests. This will include managing the documenting of all the customer requirements and work requirements and following up with all parties; collating of outstanding TFS’s and compiling reports for management meetings. The Project Office Team Leader will need to establish and maintain key relationships with both the programming and customer support staff in providing TFS solutions and mitigating any potential risk as well as relationships with clients and provide them with outstanding client support. This role will involve monitoring and controlling releases of software and providing statistics on incoming/outgoing and returned work. To be considered you will need Project Management experience coupled with the ability to manage a team, a Project management and or Project coordinator qualification, and a good understanding of PMBOK and Prince 2. You should demonstrate expert knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects and have ‘Scrum Master’ or an ‘Agile approach’ experience. This role will suit an individual with an excellent command of English who is a strong, persuasive communicator. You will need to be self-motivated and persistent in following up with deadlines and providing outstanding customer service. Own transport essential.
