Accountant/BookkeeperMust have a diploma, degree or studying towards a degree or diploma(2 nd and 3 rd years only)
The person will be responsible for the following across 10 or more companies but is not limited to the above:
Compile Monthly Management Reports in Excel (Templates Provided)
Processing of bank statements and bank reconciliations
Processing of Daily payments
Capturing and monitoring credit card expenses
Handling of Forex Payments
Assist with Annual Audits
Daily processing of Debtors
Following up on outstanding Debtors
Processing of supplier bills, reconciling of supplier accounts and supplier payments
Fixed Asset Register
VAT Recons, Returns and payments
Compiling and implementing policy and procedures
Must be skilled in Word, Excel and Outlook
Quickbooks experience will be an advantage but not requirement
Experience in any accounting package is a must Example SAP or Pastel
