Tech Savvy Talent Acquisition Consultant sought to join international software firm. Our client is one of the most esteemed software houses in the country and has been regarded as an employer of choice for the past 3 decades. Their staff complement exceeds 700 and they are constantly growing. This makes them an attractive and stable employer offering exceptional career development opportunities. It also equates to a busy Talent team and sees them needing to employ an additional resource. They are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to help source exceptional candidates for the company. The ideal person would be tech savvy with the ability to have a high-level technical discussion with potential candidates whilst showcasing a strong employer brand and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers in identifying staffing needs and should have the ability to define project requirements. This role requires excellent “match-making” skills and the ability to work in high-volume recruitment coupled with experience recruiting for complex roles within the software development space. You should be able to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates within tight deadlines. The role would suit someone who is passionate about technology, who stays abreast of current technology and new development languages as they’re released. To apply you will need a minimum of 4 year’s in-house recruitment experience (in the software development industry), with experienced in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting. You should be knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools including internal ATS CV databases, deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through engineering / business social networks and other unique methods. You will need excellent admin skills with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks. Detail oriented, a must! It will call on your excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills as you will work closely with candidates, hiring managers, executives and external recruiters.
