This role will in this context bemainly responsible for Supplier Relationship Management and Change Control Management governance andprocesses withinOpenserve to enable a positive customer experience. Ensure that these processes are applied,enhanced and continuously reviewed. Responsible for the business design and implementation of aneffective Openserve commercial operations strategy, including business modelling, business processesand business architecture. Ensure continuous alignment/ re-alignment with Openserve strategy and thedevelopment, implementation and tracking of a business plan & budget. Manage contracts and suppliersand set short, medium and long term goals as well as policies & procedures necessary for managementof this area.
