Our client in heart of JHB-Northis looking for a HR Change Analyst for a 12 month contract. The HR Change Analyst will contribute tothe design, development and implementation of change management strategies and plans to ensuresmooth business change implementation and transition and building a high performance values drivenculture contributing to delivery of business objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in ChangeManagement. Familiar with  with project management methodologies and practices

Process Management

Manage own delivery against functional delivery plan , projectplan and set timelines, identify obstacles to delivery and take appropriate action whererequired
Identify people related risks for each change initiative and develop and implementmitigation plans with Change Specialist and relevant project and business stakeholders
Keepabreast of  change management best practice
Ensure understanding of business and themarket  and how to apply change management practices appropriately in way that adds value tothe organisation
Contribute to the design and application of Organisational Development,Change management, culture transformation and consulting strategies /techniques to manage change inthe organisation thereby improving organisational effectiveness
Identify obstacles andmajor challenges through continuous evaluation of processes and standards in order to ensureeffective operational alignment to strategic priorities
Contribute to building of changemanagement capabilities across the organizational  through planning and implementation of activities as guided by the Change Management functional KPAs and roadmap
Applyagreed structured change management approach and methodology for allocated change initiatives inorder to facilitate the process of managing  people impacts
Conduct change impact andstakeholder analysis to assess change readiness and obstacles as input into change plan
Create and implement change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximiseemployee engagement as well as drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilisation and higherproficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organisation such that business results areachieved
Create sponsor roadmap, resistance management plan, communications plan andtraining plans during change implementation process tp ensure effective delivery of changeagenda
Manage change communication content and plan, coordination and facilitate changeworkshops to reach stakeholders and achieve change objectives
Design, develop and runreports and surveys to obtain information of effectiveness or required focus of change intiatives aswell as provide information and status on change plan
Ensure adherence to change managementmethodology  and requirements by educating stakeholders
Create/amend change managementtools/processes/templates where required  to ensure standardisation of change managementpractice across the organisation
Work with various stakeholders and teams in theformulation of particular plans and activities to support change implementation (i.e. changesponsors , business owners, champions, project teams ,communication team, HR teams, businessanalysts, process engineers , etc)
