JOB TITLE : Financial Planning & Analysis AnalystPURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide financial and analytical support to the Finance team, producing high quality management
reporting and assisting in the running of the overall integrated business planning cycle, liaising with both
finance and non-finance.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
· Responsible for assisting the FP&A manager in delivering the monthly management reporting and
added value insight for the total Marketing and Sales Unit (MSU) financial performance
· Assisting the FP&A manager in creating high quality budgets and forecasts for the MSU
· Helping drive business improvement in the area of budgeting and forecasting by implement
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
· Responsible for ensuring SAP and associated reporting tools are fit for purpose and in line with
EMEA definitions and structures
· Implement a robust fixed cost reporting process for cost center owners
· Be a key member of the team in assisting in Project and improving the Finance function as a whole
· Providing SAP related training as required
· Compliance to ISO 9001/14001 quality/ environmental management systems & corporate
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a minimum grade 12 plus a University degree in Finance or Accounting and part
of newly qualified CIMA, coupled with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Control.
The ideal candidate would need to be analytical and results oriented, in addition has a practical
understanding of ERP and Finance systems. Desired experience in financial analysis, performance
management, budgeting and forecasting, data management/tools & systems and decision support.
The ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on a range of MS Offices packages (MS Excel at an Advanced level) and in SAP is a
pre-requisite (including BI/BW and CO-PA).
