Project Manager

Job Description
1. Manage a large, highly complex project in accordance with ACI Project Management methodology.
2. Manage the software development process for ACI's product and maintenance delivery commitments.
3. Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams collaboration to develop software using Agile Methodologies
4. Direct the project from initiation through implementation and delivery.
5. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
6. Guide project through to completion on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards.
7. Manage project scope through baseline and change control to ensure delivery is compliant to scope commitment.
8. Develop project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget.
9. Manage aspects of the project including but not limited to research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, negotiations, training, status reporting, implementation, project closing and post-rollout review/audit. Including all project deliverables.
10. Manage and secure non functional requirements and compliance.
11. Develop and executes project plan, quality reviews and provide recommendations.
12. Solve project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mitigation actions.
13. Manage project commitment, status and status communication with project stakeholders.
14. Communicate project scope to the customer/internal partner.
15. Develop and implements the financial management plan which may include estimating, tracking, and controlling, forecasting and/or reporting project financials.
16. Participate and/or may lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments.
17. Work within a team and mentor/develop junior project managers.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 3 years of project management experience.
3. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
5. Experience working with cross functional teams in a Software Development environment
6. Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Clarity

Highly Desired Qualifications .
1. Financial/payments industry experience, providing software solutions.
2. Experience with online banking products
3. Understanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plus.
4. Payments or payments processing experience a plus.
5. Scrum Master experience.
6. Experience working with Agile Methodologies for Software Development
