Duties and responsibilities:Second and third level desktop support
First and second level network support
Manage WIFI requirements
Manage image and desktop rollouts
Performstechnology needs analysis
Plans, implements, andsupports the network and computing infrastructure plan
Skills and knowledge
Working knowledge of Windows servers, Windows 10, MSExchange, Office 365
administration andtroubleshooting
Knowledge of setting up remoteaccess for users
Capable of administering a 250 +node network including firewalls
Ability to supportnetworked printers and photocopiers
Must have aworking knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktoptechnologies
Be able to multitask
Facilitation and change management skills
An excellent communicator - verbal and written communications
Qualification/s
Matricwith Mathematics and Science
ITIL
MCSE
A+ &N+
At least 8years’ experience in a similar environment
