Role details:
To focus on selling SAP Solutions into Customers primarily within a regional area of responsibility with targets for Order Entry, New Revenue and Gross Profit.
Solutions limited to the Functional Solutions of SAP and excludes SAP Basis Services, SAP Cloud Services unless prime component is Functional Services

Qualifications and experience required:
Grade 12/Matric
Relevant 3 year degree / diploma
At least 6 years sales or consulting experience selling complex IT solutions.
Track record of being successful in SAP sales (3 years) of total deal value of +100 Mio ZAR in the last 4 Quarters (This can be Software and Services)
At least 10 years IT related experience
Experience in IT Services - Advantage

To achieve order entry and new revenue targets within the defined company’s Go to Market through the alignment of offerings with client needs.To ensure the effective provisioning of knowledge about relevant solution to business owner and to customer.
To identify potentials for own specific area in a systematic way in conjunction with business owner.
To analyse customer specific demands and translate these into customer specific offers based on standard SOP.
To translate business advantages and key differentiators of the solution into customer-specific value propositions.
To lead the sales project and negotiations for deals within own specific area (being opportunity owner) in coordination with business owner and delivery and to lead, guide and close Contract negotiations process.
To present specific business solutions to customer's top management.
To ensure effective relationship management to customer(s) and related delivery and support departments in own specific area.
To secure involvement of Delivery in the sales process.
To build pipeline and accurate forecasting.
To manage and coordinate the bid proposal.
