Our ExternalClient is currently in a process in recruiting for an Organisational Development OD Specialist tosupport the Human Capital Executive to analyze, diagnose, design, develop, project manage anddeliver business organisation development (“OD”) initiatives and services, for superior TalentManagement strategy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate organisational design activities within thecompany to achieve clients’s Human Capital strategy
Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of business units competency modelsas framework for Talent Management.
Develop all peopletools through the lens of using employee data and metrics to inform organisational strategy anddecision-making.
Identify opportunities forperformance improvement through internal diagnosis and process reviews in order to understandbarriers and possible solutions
Assist with successionplans compilation and implementation in line with companies Talent Management framework
Maintain effective OD initiatives for a high performance culture(on-boarding & KPAs management)
Facilitate changemanagement (systems, policies, benefits etc.) and coaching interventions within thebusiness
Implement programs to embed company valuesand culture
Prepare project scope, plan and roadmapfor each intervention
Pro-actively implement solutionsto address risks for ensure harmonious work environment.
Prepare progress and close out reports on OD interventions and projects
Provide employees support, coaching and referrals on“EAP”
Oversee Human Capital administrationand record-keeping
Assist in balancing the interestsof the team and the company fairly
Use technicalskills to advise and get hands dirty when necessary.
Advice employees on career development to ensure internal mobility and talent for thefuture
Facilitate team building, group forming,strategic planning, workshops, and sessions and programmes to ensure cohesive functioning of teamsfor greater collaboration
Assist with the design,implementation and management of the company’s development initiatives which link employees tothe company’s purpose and strategy
Providesupport in executing learning and development initiatives for a skilled workforce
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for OD initiatives andprocesses
Ensure accurate integrated feedback of ODAssessment Tools
Compile and generate weekly andmonthly progress reports on OD processes for EXCO and Human Capital Department
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for OD initiatives andprocesses
Educate employees and management oncompany’s KPA policy and practices
Participateand report HC activities on company’s employees’ forum
Understands our high-level business goals and focus, and uses people toolsto contribute towards achieving them
Provide coachingand drive a management collaborative culture, for a leadership style that use an authoritative orinstructive style as a last resort
Assist in settingup fair, transparent and simple processes for hiring, onboarding, promotions, compensation andperformance management
Act as the culture officer,operationalising our values and ethical values and ensuring they are integrated into every teammember’s experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology orHuman Resource (NQF 7)
Human Capital Management/development related subjects
Qualification/s in OD o Knowledge of OD theories andprinciples 
Knowledge of integrated talentmanagement practices
Knowledge of project and changemanagement methodology
Working knowledge of employmentequity legislation and transformation
Knowledge of ODand change management practices;
