Product Support Specialist - ATM

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric relevant qualification: S4/N6 qualification or equivalent

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• 5 years repair experience on ATMs
• Knowledge of NCR Self Service devices and TCR technical repair
• Certification on ATM 4th GEN, 66XX and TCR course
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Good Microsoft Access
• Knowledge of all of the following: - Self service equipment (ATM) - TCR equipment - Desktop hardware

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• 3rd Level Technical Support troubleshooting on ATM calls
• Manage and resolve escalations within allocated time frames
• Prepared to travel on short notice
• Performance Management
• Relationship Management with internal and external clients suppliers/OEM
• Participate in operational meetings or projects as required
• Analyses, template capturing and NCR diagnostic orders
• Technical Training
• Product info sessions and guidance sessions
• Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to business policies, processes and procedures
• Assist with site specific documentation in order to ensure that it is updated, accurate and conforms to the Company standards
• Financial Management
• Product Management
